LONDON (Alliance News) - Ncondezi Energy Limited said Monday that it had appointed KPMG LLP as its project financial adviser for its thermal coal mine and power plan project, The Ncondezi Project, in northern Mozambique.
"The appointment of KPMG reflects the momentum building in the development of the Ncondezi Project as we focus on the key commercial and project structuring aspects of the power plan required to reach financial close on the power plant," said Chief Executive Officer, Paul Venter, in a statement.
Ncondezi is a coal exploration and development company. Its shares were trading down 3.9% at 12.01 pence Monday morning.
