LONDON (Alliance News) - NCC Group PLC on Tuesday said it has raised the full GBP126.0 million targeted from its recent firm placing, placing and open offer.
NCC has issued the shares to cover its EUR133.3 million acquisition of Dutch cybersecurity company Fox-IT Holding BV. NCC itself provides escrow, verification, security consulting, website performance, software testing and domain services.
Around 52% of the shares offered under the open offer were taken up, NCC said, with the remainder then issued under the placing portion of the fundraising. Both portions were priced at 275.00 pence per share
NCC shares were down 0.5% to 277.56p on Tuesday morning.
