LONDON (Alliance News) - Cyber security firm NCC Group PLC said on Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Brian Tenner will leave the company with effect in August to pursue other interests.
A search for his successor is currently underway, NCC said.
Tenner has been part of NCC for one and a half years since 2017. During nine months of this period, he was interim chief executive officer.
Prior to NCC, Tenner was chief financial officer at power transmission products supplier Renold PLC for six years from 2010 to 2016, and also at adhesive products supplier Scapa Group PLC for three years from 2007 to 2010.
"I'd like to thank Brian for the enormous contribution he has made at NCC group. He joined the company at a critical time, combining his role as CFO with that of interim CEO to great effect during the 2017 strategic review and in the months which followed. I wish him every future success," said Chairman Chris Stone.
Shares in NCC Group were down 0.7% at 211.60 pence on Wednesday.
