NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Plans Capital Return

LONDON (Alliance News) - NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Ltd, which is listed on the specialist market of the London Stock Exchange, on Tuesday said it will distribute capital to holders of its ordinary and extended life share classes.

The holders of the ordinary shares are to receive USD7.0 million, equivalent to USD0.1432 per ordinary share, through a compulsory partial redemption of their stock at a price equal to USD1.0782 per ordinary share.

Holders of the extended life shares will receive USD20.0 million, equivalent to approximately USD0.0741 per extended life share, through a compulsory partial redemption of extended life shares at a price equal to USD0.9447 per extended life share.

The company currently has 48.8 million ordinary shares and 270.0 million extended life shares in issue. All of the redeemed shares will be cancelled.

Ordinary shares in NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund were flat at USD1.04, whereas the extended life shares were flat at USD0.91.
