NB Distressed Debt Confirms Senior Director Sherwell To Step Down

(Alliance News) - NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Ltd confirmed on Monday that Senior Independent Director Chris Sherwell will resign from the board, effective from the end of the year.

He will be replaced by Non-Executive Director Stephen Vakil.

Chair John Hallam said: "Chris has made an enormous contribution over the last nine years, constantly challenging both the investment manager and his board colleagues; we will miss his input. I am pleased to say that Stephen Vakil has agreed to take on the role of senior independent director."

Shares in NB Distressed Debt were untraded on Wednesday in London, last quoted as 71.50 pence per share.
