LONDON (Alliance News) - Port reception facilities and waste treatment company Nature Group PLC on Monday said Chairman Nigel Sandy has resigned from his role with immediate effect.
Sandy will remain a non-executive at Nature until the group's 2016 annual general meeting, after which he will leave the board.
Berend van Straten, currently a non-executive director, will take over from Sandy as chairman.
Sandy's departure comes after Nature warned it would substantially miss market expectations in 2015 due to challenging conditions in the oil and marine markets.
