(Alliance News) - Passenger transport group National Express PLC on Wednesday said that Lee Sander and Chris Muntwyler will step down as non-executive directors of the company effective December 30.
Sander and Muntwyler have both been in their roles for nine years. Muntwyler will assume the role of advisor on safety and environmental matters from January 1 for at least 12 months, with National Express Chair John Armitt replacing him as Chair of the safety & environment committee.
Armitt said that both men "drew on their extensive international experience to assist the company in devising and delivering its strategy."
Shares in National Express were down 3.8% at 234.60 pence in London on Wednesday.
