LONDON (Alliance News) - Quantum dots and nanomaterials manufacturer Nanoco Group PLC on Wednesday said Chairman Tony Clinch has resigned after six years with the company.
He joined the group as non-executive director in March 2010 and was appointed chairman in April 2013.
Chris Richards, a non-executive director who joined the board in November 2015, will become chairman with immediate effect.
Nanoco shares were up 5.3% to 40.0 pence Wednesday.
