LONDON (Alliance News) - Nanoco Group PLC said on Tuesday it has appointed Christopher Batterham as non-executive director with effect on April 1.
He will be joining as Non-Executive Director Brendan Cummins is set to leave his role to "focus on other commitments", with effect on April 19.
Batterham is currently non-executive director at software company Blue Prism Group PLC and cyber-security firm NCC Group PLC.
Batterham's most recent executive role was as chief financial officer at security products provider Searchspace Group Ltd for four years from 2001 to 2005.
"We are delighted to be joined by Chris who brings a wealth of commercial, financial and operational experience across a range of high growth technology sectors which will be highly relevant to Nanoco in the years ahead. His appointment adds to the breadth of skills and abilities of the board as we move forward to commercial success," said Chair Christopher Richards.
Shares in the cadmium-free quantum dots manufacturer closed up 1.8% at 51.30 pence on Tuesday.
