LONDON (Alliance News) - AIM-listed recruitment consultancy Nakama Group PLC Monday said its newly appointed Chief Executive Rob Sheffield has begun a process of reviewing the business.
In a statement ahead of its annual general meeting, the company said Sheffield is reviewing the business to identify the elements that "need to evolve" for the business to "succeed in a highly competitive and fast changing environment."
Sheffield was appointed group chief executive at the end of August, and is a founding director of the company, having been on the board since 2009.
"His focus will be on sales, operational and support teams with a view to making sure that the business is set to achieve our medium and long-term targets around growth and performance underpinned by an efficient core services structure," said Non-Executive Chairman Ken Ford in the statement.
Shares in Nakama were untraded Monday morning at 3.60 pence.
