LONDON (Alliance News) - Nakama Group PLC on Thursday said it appointed Robert Thesiger as chief executive officer of the company with effect from Monday.
At the same time current CEO Andrea Williams will re-assume the role of non-executive director, which she held prior to becoming the group's boss in January 2018.
Thesiger has worked in the recruitment sector for over 25 years and was most recently founder and CEO of the FISER Group Ltd, the recruitment company explained.
Prior to this, he was CEO of both Imprint PLC and Morgan Mckinley Ltd.
"We are delighted to appoint someone of Robert Thesiger's calibre and track record," Chair Tim Sheffield said.
He added: "Over the past year, Andrea Williams and the management team have made much needed changes to the business, streamlining the operating businesses and improving financial controls. After a challenging period, we now look forward to implementing a strategy that delivers top line growth with acceptable profit margins."
Nakama shares were untraded at 1.05 pence each on Thursday.
