(Alliance News) - Recruitment firm Nakama Group PLC said Tuesday Finance Director Patrick Meehan and Non-Executive Director Andrea Williams will step down from the board in mid-October.
Meehan and former chief executive Williams will leave Nakama at the end of its annual general meeting on October 17. The pair were leaving in order to focus on "other business interests."
"I would like to thank Andrea and Patrick for all their hard work over the last couple of years and wish them well for the future," Nakama Chair Tim Sheffield said.
Shares in Nakama were untraded at 1.29 pence in London on Tuesday.
