(Alliance News) - NAHL Group PLC on Monday said Chief Executive Officer Russell Atkinson will be leaving the company at the end of September, with his resignation as a director effective immediately.
The legal services provider said it has commenced a search process to find a replacement.
Non-Executive Chair Caroline Brown will carry out the CEO role in the interim.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Russell for his considerable contribution to the group over the past eight years including the initial public offering, three acquisitions, the transformation of the personal injury business into a law firm and navigating the Covid-19 lockdown this year," said Brown.
NAHL said it continues to trade in line with expectations and expects to report its results for the first half of 2020 on September 22.
AIM-listed NAHL shares were trading were down 0.3% in London on Monday at 39.00 pence each.
