N4 Pharma Raises Nets GBP159,700 From Warrant Exercise (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - N4 Pharma PLC said Friday it issued 1.9 million shares due to exercise of warrants, raising GBP159,700 for the pharmaceutical company.

The warrants were exercised at 8.5 pence each after the company received notice for their conversion.

Shares in N4 were 2.4% lower at 24.00 pence on Friday.

Admission of the new shares to trading on AIM is expected to take place next Thursday. After admission, N4 will have 91.0 million shares outstanding.

The warrant exercise follows a number of similar transactions in recent weeks.
