(Alliance News) - MyCelx Technologies Corp on Friday reported the validation and capacity upgrade of its perfluoroalkyl substances system at an Australian Department of Defence location.
The clean water and air technology company said the capacity upgrade contract follows a successful deployment of the perfluoroalkyl substances system by its Australian partner in 2018 and two years of operating within budget.
This re-deployment is a step forward for the US state of Georgia-based company, it said, and has the potential to lead to further contract awards in due course.
"This is an important contract as it proves that our perfluoroalkyl substances system is cost effective, robust and reaffirms the rationale for our investment in this market since 2018," said MyCelx Chief Executive Connie Mixon.
MyCelx shares were trading 12% lower in London on Friday morning at 53.25 pence each.
