(Alliance News) - MyCelx Technologies Corp, which creates technology for the removal of oil from water, said Monday that it appoints Tom Lamb as non-executive director with effect July 29, 2019.
Lamb is currently CEO of TWR/Pharos-API, a navigational equipment company mainly focused on the oil & gas industry. His previous experience includes being chair and CEO of Agilex Flavors & Fragrances, president and CEO of C.P.Kelco/J.M. Huber Corp and executive vice-president of Lexmark International.
Brian Rochester, who has acted as a Non-Executive Director and as chairman of the Compensation Committee at MyCelx will step down from this role following Lamb's appointment.

He brings considerable expertise to our team and we look forward to his contribution in his role as chairman of the Compensation Committee and in assisting the company's continuing growth and development. On behalf of the board, I would also like to express our gratitude to Brian for his long-standing contribution to the Company, both as a non-executive director and as chairman of the Compensation Committee," said Chair Tim Eggar.
Shares in MyCelx were untraded on Monday in London, last quoted at 92.90 pence.
