(Alliance News) - Myanmar Strategic Holdings Ltd on Thursday said it will partner with Liverpool John Moores University to provide engineering training programmes in Myanmar.
The developer and manager of consumer businesses in Myanmar said the engineering training programmes will be provided by Auston College Myanmar, a joint venture between the company and Singapore's Auston Institute of Management Pte Ltd.
"This partnership with Liverpool John Moores is a significant step for Auston College Myanmar in offering a "path towards a degree" and providing globally recognised degrees in Myanmar. Liverpool John Moores University is a well-regarded international institution and it is very exciting that Myanmar nationals have the opportunity to take advantage of its course programmes," said Myanmar Strategic's Chief Executive Enrico Cesenni.
Myanmar Strategic shares were untraded on Thursday afternoon in London, last quoted at 10.25 pence each.
