(Alliance News) - Myanmar Investments International Ltd on Tuesday proposed the appointment of Rudolf Gildemeister as a non-executive director.
Finance Director Michael Dean has indicated that he will step down from the board after this year's annual general meeting. Dean will cease to be a director of the company when a new CFO is appointed, or on November 30, whichever is later.
The board is currently running a selection process for a non-board CFO candidate.
"To augment local expertise in country, it is proposed that Rudolf Walter Gildemeister will join the coard as an independent non-executive director conditional on the resignation of Craig Martin which is conditional on the passing of the resolutions at the AGM," the company said.
Shares in Myanmar Investments closed down 3.0% at 0.8 pence in London on Tuesday.
