(Alliance News) - Myanmar Investments International Ltd on Thursday said Managing Director Craig Martin will be leaving the company to focus on his other interests.
Myanmar Investments said Nick Paris, who currently serves as a non-executive director, will be appointed as managing director at the company's annual general meeting.
"We thank Craig for for his valued contribution to Myanmar Investments and wish him well in his future endeavours," said Chair William Knight.
Myanmar Investments decided to move towards starting an orderly wind down of the company due to the difficulties in Myanmar following the shift to a civilian government from a military dictatorship.
Myanmar Investments shares closed untraded in London on Thursday at USD0.67 each.
