LONDON (Alliance News) - MP Evans Group PLC on Thursday said it has struck a deal to sell its Australian cattle-fattening property to China's Fucheng Group for AUD28.0 million.
The cash consideration for the sale is due to be paid on November 18.
The company is selling the cattle and plant and equipment at the property separately.
Shares in MP Evans were up 1.2% to 388.28 pence on Thursday.
