LONDON (Alliance News) - MP Evans Group Plc said Wednesday that the completion of the sale of its Australian cattle-fattening property, Woodlands, to the Chinese Fucheng Group has been postponed to next Monday.
The deal was originally supposed to complete Wednesday, but has been postponed at the request of the purchaser. MP Evans agreed to sell Woodlands for AUD28.0 million earlier this month.
Shares in MP Evans were up 1.1% at 385.00 pence Wednesday morning.
