LONDON (Alliance News) - Mountview Estates PLC Thursday said Independent Non-Executive Chairman John Fulton will step down at the end of the month to pursue other interests, and he will be succeeded by Anthony Solway from the beginning of July.
Solway has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
"We would like to thank John Fulton for his nine years of service and are delighted to welcome Tony Solway to Mountview. He has had a long and distinguished career in the City and his experience and expertise, most notably as Director, CEO and Chairman of various companies, will be a great addition to the board," said Chief Executive Duncan Sinclair in a statement.
Shares in Mountview Estates are untraded Thursday. They last closed at 11,950.00 pence.
