LONDON (Alliance News) - Motive Television PLC confirmed Monday that it was in discussions with Executive Chairman Michael Pilsworth to change his role to a non-executive position.
The announcement follows an article in the Sunday Times that said that Pilsworth will take up a chief executive role at a new production company being set up by media entrepreneurs Chris Wright, Luke Johnson and Roger Parry.
Motive said that Chief Executive Leonard Fertig will remain in his role.
Shares in Motive Television were trading down 6.8% at 0.0205 pence Monday morning.
