LONDON (Alliance News) - Motif Bio PLC Monday said it has issued 53,887 shares in settlement of options that have been exercised by an unnamed former director.
The options were exercised by the director at a price of USD0.13918 per share for a total consideration of USD7,500.
Motif Bio shares were trading down 2.5% to 57.55 pence per share on Monday.
