LONDON (Alliance News) - Motif Bio PLC said Thursday it has appointed Pete Meyers as its chief financial officer and Rajesh Shukla as its vice president of clinical operations.
Meyers joints the company from NASDAQ listed TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals Corp where he was chief financial officer and treasurer. Current Chief Financial Officer Bob Bertoldi will transition his responsibilities to Meyers but will remain as a director of the company.
Shukla joints the company from Ardsley, New York, based ACORD Therapeutics Inc where he was senior medical director of clinical development and medical affairs.
Additionally, Motif Bio said it has appointed its Non-Executive Director Jonathan Gold as a strategic financial consultant to assist with the company's capital raising plans.
Shares in Motif Bio were down 4.2% at 39.75 pence Thursday morning.
