Mortice Considering Acquisitions And Secondary Listing In India

LONDON (Alliance News) - India-focused security and facilities management company Mortice Ltd on Wednesday said it is considering making acquisitions to further its expansion plans and said it may consider a secondary listing in India.

Mortice said it is now considering potential options, including making acquisitions, in order to further it plans to expand its operations in India, the Middle East and Africa and Europe. The company said it believes that relying on organic growth may not be the best way for it to grow in these regional markets.

Mortice also said it is considering the possibility of securing a secondary listing on the Indian Stock Exchange, though it said this was not a short-term priority.

Shares in the company were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 56.00 pence.
