(Alliance News) - Morgan Sindall Group PLC on Thursday said it has hired Jen Tippin as a non-executive director, effective from the beginning of March.
Tippin is currently group director of people and productivity & a member of the executive committee at Lloyds Banking Group PLC. She is also a non-executive director of Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets and Kent Community NHS Foundation Trust.
"We are delighted to welcome Jen to the Board and look forward to working with her. Jen brings a wealth of experience and her skills will further broaden the expertise on the Board, adding valuable knowledge and insight to our discussions," said Morgan Sindall Chair Michael Findlay.
The stock closed up 2.2% at 1,716.10p in London on Thursday.
