LONDON (Alliance News) - Morgan Advanced Materials PLC on Friday named Laurence Mulliez, the chairman of French renewables power developer Voltalia, as a non-executive director.
In a statement, the materials company said her appointment follows a "comprehensive search process". Mulliez is a non-executive director at Aperam, SBM Offshore and the UK Green Investment Bank, and was previously chief executive of independent power producer Eoxis.
"Laurence has significant experience in growing, simplifying and unifying complex international industrial manufacturing businesses. She will be a great asset to the Morgan board and we look forward to working with her," Chairman Andrew Shilston said in a statement.
