LONDON (Alliance News) - Morgan Advanced Materials PLC on Thursday said Chief Financial Officer Kevin Dangerfield is leaving the company.
Dangerfield joined Morgan Advanced Materials in 2000 as deputy group financial controller and became CFO in 2006.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Kevin for his contribution to the company. During more than a decade and a half he has played a significant role in shaping the company and delivering a much improved financial performance," Chairman Andrew Shilston said in a statement.
Dangerfield will leave the company on March 31. His successor will be announced in due course, Morgan Advanced Materials said.
