Moody's Investors Service Withdraws Old Mutual Ratings

(Alliance News) - Moody's Investors Service late Monday withdrew its ratings and outlook for Old Mutual PLC, citing its own business reasons.

The financial services firm previously had a long-term issuer rating of Ba1, short term program rating of (P)NP and short term commercial paper rating of NP.

Other ratings withdrawn includes a senior unsecured program rating at (P)Ba1, subordinated debt rating at Ba2(hyb) and subordinated debt program rating of (P)Ba2. Moody's had a Stable outlook for Old Mutual.

Moody's noted that the withdrawal of its ratings and outlook was for business reasons on Moody's side, without elaborating, and not related to Old Mutual at all.
