LONDON (Alliance News) - MoneySwap PLC Monday said that part of the convertible loan notes issued by a subsidiary company have been repaid.
The payments company said that USD350,000 of the USD1.35 million convertible loan notes issued by Money Swap Exchange Ltd was repaid on Monday.
The USD350,000 loan note had been extended and was due for repayment with interest on June 7.
"The group considers this early repayment is beneficial to the group so as to save the future interest," MoneySwap said in a statement.
MoneySwap shares were down 2.4% at 0.903 pence on Monday.
