LONDON (Alliance News) - Payments services company MoneySwap PLC on Wednesday said it has changed its chief executive and has appointed an executive director to its board.
Kung Min Lin, currently the company's chairman, will become chief executive with immediate effect. Current Chief Executive Richard Proska will become chief executive of its Europe, Middle East and Africa and Americas businesses and will stay with the company.
In addition, the company said Yu Shu Fen has been appointed to the board as an executive director, overseeing business development.
Shares in MoneySwap were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 0.700 pence.
