LONDON (Alliance News) - Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC said on Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Matthew Price will step down from his role and the company with effect at the end of October.
A formal process to appoint Price's successor has started, Moneysupermarket said.
Price has been chief financial officer at the FTSE 250-listed price comparison website for around four years since 2014, joining from FTSE 100-listed hospitality firm Whitbread PLC, where he was finance director for the Costa Coffee segment for five years from 2009 to 2014.
"Since I joined in 2017, Matthew has played an important role supporting my transition into the business and the development of our new strategy. He has been a key member of the leadership team over the last four years, and I wish him well for the future," said Chief Executive Officer Mark lewis.
Shares in Moneysupermarket.com were up 0.2% at 318.50 pence on Thursday.
