LONDON (Alliance News) - Anglo-South African paper and packaging company Mondi PLC on Thursday said it has struck a deal to sell its Raubling containerboard mill in Germany.
The FTSE 100-listed company said it has signed a deal to sell its operations in Raubling to Heinzel Group, the German paper company, for EUR25.0 million on a debt and cash free basis.
Mondi said the deal is expected to complete by the end of the year and will allow it to focus on its core containerboard operations.
Shares in Mondi were up 0.1% to 1,491.00 pence on Thursday morning.
