LONDON (Alliance News) - Modern Water PLC Tuesday said that its has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Beijing Green Science and Technology, to sell its heavy metal and toxicity monitoring products across mainland China, Hong Kong and the Chinese island of Macau.
Modern Water, a developer of water technologies for the production of fresh water and monitoring of water quality, said that its expects the agreement to maximise sales of its monitoring products across China.
Under the agreement, which has commenced with immediate effect, Beijing Green is now the sole distributor of Modern Water's heavy metal and toxicity monitoring products in China, including the portable heavy metal monitoring system, OVA and PDV, and its toxicity monitoring product, the Microtox M500 and Deltatox.
Modern Water said that Beijing Green has been one of its key distribution partners for almost ten years.
Shares in the company were trading at 38.40 pence per share Tuesday morning, up 1.7%.
