(Alliance News) - Mode Global Holdings PLC on Monday said it will be renamed to R8 Capital PLC.
The London-based fintech with a bitcoin banking app said the ticker "MODE" will remain unchanged.
It said that the resolution was passed by directors on Thursday last week.
Shares in Mode Global Holdings were down 1.2% to 1.19 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
