(Alliance News) - Mobile Streams PLC on Tuesday said it has signed a data sharing agreement with the National Emergencies Trust for the use of its "Streams" platform amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Streams is Mobile Stream's new data insight and intelligence platform. The National Emergencies Trust helps charities with the distribution of money and support for victims of domestic disasters in the UK.
The mobile games distributor said Stream will help assess the effects and spread of the pandemic as well as identify the sectors, industries and people most hurt by the outbreak and in need of funding. Additionally, the platform will help to produce insight and intelligence to be used in the National Emergencies Trust's digital media strategy.
"We are extremely proud that our Streams platform can deliver these services and assist the National Emergencies Trust in its response to the Covid-19 pandemic," said Mobile Streams Chair Nigel Burton.
Mobile Streams shares were trading 31% higher at 0.37 pence each on Tuesday morning in London.
