(Alliance News) - Mobile Streams PLC on Friday said the audit of its results for the year to June 30 is "taking longer than anticipated".
Mobile Streams said it now expects the results to be published on or before December 30.
Shares in the London-based mobile content provider were down 4.6% to 0.11 pence each in London on Friday morning.
Chief Executive Mark Epstein said: "The board is disappointed by the delays in preparation and publication of these accounts, which are now complete and awaiting completion of the final review by the company's auditor PKF Littlejohn."
"For the avoidance of doubt, no issues have arisen during the preparation and review of the accounts which would raise any concerns about the financial status of the business as a going concern. Our [chief financial officer] is working diligently with the board and auditors to ensure that the accounts are completed and published as soon as possible," Epstein continued.
