LONDON (Alliance News) - A number of venture capital trusts managed by Mobeus Equity Partners said Wednesday that they will launch a combined share subscription, which together will raise GBP39 million.
In a joint statement, the venture capital trusts said they will seek to raise the following amounts during the 2014/15 tax year:
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC - GBP15 million
Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT PLC - GBP8 million
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT PLC - GBP6 million
The Income & Growth VCT PLC - GBP10 million
The companies said they each will make a separate offer.
"Investors will be able to choose either to invest eqsaually in all four companies, or to invest amounts of their choice in one or more of the offers," the funds said in the statement.
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT shares were untraded Wednesday afternoon at 87.00 pence. Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT shares were untraded at 105.38p, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT untraded at 103.00p, and The Income & Growth VCT shares untraded at 96.95p.
