(Alliance News) - Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC and other Mobeus venture capital trusts on Monday announced their intention to launch subscription offers.
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC, Income & Growth VCT, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT PLC, and Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT PLC are all planning subscription offers in the current tax year ended 2020.
The companies did not disclose further details, terms, or conditions of their upcoming offers but have all said they will do so when prospectuses are published "in the autumn".
Shares in Mobeus Income & Growth VCT were down 1.6% at at 60.50 pence on Monday, while Income & Growth VCT shares were untraded at 68.50p. Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT shares were untraded at 89.00p and Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT shares were untraded at 75.50p.
