(Alliance News) - Four London-listed venture capital trusts managed by Gresham House PLC on Thursday said they plan to raise GBP35 million in total from share subscriptions.
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC and Income & Growth VCT PLC each will raise GBP10 million, while Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT PLC and Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT PLC each will raise GBP7.5 million. The offers open on Thursday and close for applications on March 31.
The four VCTs are managed by Gresham House Asset Management Ltd after Mobeus Equity Partners LLP agreed in September last year to sell the business to Gresham House.
The four funds called general meetings for February 23 at the offices of Gresham House in London to approve the fund raise.
