LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC Monday said the linked subscription offer covering four funds raised gross proceeds of GBP33.7 million, with each company receiving GBP8.4 million.
The subscription raised funds for Mobeus Income & Growth VCT, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT,
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT and The Income & Growth VCT.
The offer was launched last November to raise up to GBP24 million, but the amount was raised to GBP34 million in March due to increased investor demand.
