LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Andrew Robson has stepped down from the venture capital firm with immediate effect, having served for almost nine years.
In addition, the investment company said Graham Paterson has been appointed as a non-executive director immediately, and will also assume the role of chair of the Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
According to the trust, Paterson has over 20 years' experience in the private equity industry. Graham was one of the founding partners of SL Capital Partners LLP, where he was a partner and board member until 2010.
In 2013, Paterson co-founded TopQ Software Ltd, a technology company which develops software for the private equity industry. TopQ Software was acquired by eVestment Inc in 2015, where until early 2018, Paterson was a director of their private markets data and analytics business.
He currently serves as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust PLC and chair of Datactics Ltd.
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT shares were untraded on Friday, last closing at 71.00 pence each.
