(Alliance News) - Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT PLC said on Monday net asset value increased over the last three months of 2019.
As at December 31, the trust's NAV per share increased by 2.7% to 92.37 pence, up from 89.95p at the end of September.
Net assets increased over the third quarter of the financial year to GBP44.5 million from GBP43.4 million.
Within the quarter, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 bought back 168,472 of its shares at a price of 85.16p each, which were all cancelled afterwards.
The VCT now has 48.1 million shares in issue overall.
Mobeus Income & Growth 2 made three new investments within the three months: GBP940,000 into Data Discovery Solutions, GBP540,000 into IPV Ltd and GBP450,000 into Bleach London Holdings Ltd.
The trust made one divestment, which was from Redline Worldwide Ltd, generating cash proceeds of GBP870,000.
Shares in Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT were up 0.3% at 88.25 pence on Monday in London.
