LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT PLC Thursday said its net asset value declined during the first quarter of the current financial year and said no dividend will be paid for the period.
Mobeus Income said net assets at the end of June stood at GBP42.7 million, dropping from GBP43.1 million at the end of March. There were slightly fewer shares in issue at the end of the first quarter compared to the end of the last financial year due to the share buyback programme, and NAV per share fell to 118.62 pence from 119.61p.
No dividend was paid for the quarter following the 5.0 pence special payout for the financial year to the end of March, bringing total cumulative dividends to 52.0p.
Mobeus shares were untraded on Thursday, last trading at 102.50p.
