(Alliance News) - East Imperial PLC on Friday said it has landed a deal to put its mixers onto shelves of one of Australia's "largest and most-respected" alcoholic drinks retailers.
East Imperial's range of mixers will be sold in Dan Murphy's, an alcoholic drinks supermarket chain based in Melbourne, Australia.
"Under the terms of the agreement, East Imperial will supply its premium tonics range for sale across Dan Murphy's 245 national stores as well as through its online channels," East Imperial said.
Dan Murphy's was owned by Woolworths Group Ltd until July. Retailer Woolworths demerged its Endeavour Group Ltd unit, which owns Dan Murphy's.
East Imperial is a recent addition to the London Stock Exchange, after it was bought by special purpose acquisition company Bermele PLC for GBP24.5 million. Bermele then changed its name to East Imperial PLC.
East Imperial shares were 6.8% higher at 13.35 pence each in London on Friday morning.
