Miton Halves Its Shareholding In Macfarlane To 4.9% From 10.0% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Packaging products and service company Macfarlane Group PLC said on Monday Miton Group PLC halved its shareholding to 4.9% from 10.0%.

The asset management firm Miton held 7.8 million shares in Macfarlane after the transaction last Thursday, equivalent to a 4.9% stake in the 157.6 million shares outstanding.

Shares in Macfarlane were up 0.6% at 85.99 pence on Monday.
