(Alliance News) - MITIE Group PLC said Tuesday that, in line with guidance from the UK Financial Conduct Authority, it will publish its results for the year ended March 31 on June 25, rather than June 4 as originally planned.
However, the facilities management and professional services firm said its annual general meeting will still take place on July 28.
Looking ahead, MITIE said it expects its operating profit before other items and revenue to be in line with guidance given at the end of January, despite the material downturn in projects and non-essential maintenance spend experienced in March as a result of the Covid-19 situation.
At the end of January, MITIE said it expected organic growth to be flat for the year.
Shares in MITIE were up 5.4% at 68.18 pence on Tuesday in London.
