LONDON (Alliance News) - Mitie Group PLC on Wednesday said Jennifer Duvalier will assume the role of remuneration committee chair at the end of August when Jack Boyer steps down from the board.
Duvalier is an independent non-executive director at the support services company and currently chairs the remuneration committee of the Royal College of Art, where she is a member of its council. She is also a non-executive director at GMC PLC.
Boyer is stepping down as independent non-executive director at Mitie in order to chair the board of trustees at the University of Bristol, as well as becoming chairman designate of Seeing Machines PLC.
Shares in Mitie were up 0.2% at 149.40 pence on Wednesday afternoon.
