(Alliance News) - Facilities management company Mitie Group PLC on Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Paul Woolf has decided to resign with effect from January 28, 2020.
Woolf will join CPA Global, a intellectual property management and technology company, in the same finance role in February 2020, Mitie said.
The company has not yet named a replacement for Woolf but said that it will make a further announcement in relation to a successor appointment.
London-listed shares in Mitie Group were down 2.0% at 146.98 pence each on Wednesday morning.
